Although the wheatgrass may have been tough to swallow at first and you're sweating like crazy at the gym, you are beginning to feel invigorated—and maybe you realize that these changes aren't so drastic after all.
Today, look around your work and living space, and see if there are any environmental pollutants that are sabotaging your health. Bad air, parasites, bad water and electromagnetic field poisoning may be making you sick even when you can't detect them.
Sounds dangerous, doesn't it?
You can minimize the number of environmental pollutants by keeping electrical appliances out of the bedroom, drinking filtered water and getting lots of fresh, chemical-free air and sunlight. Open the windows in your home—and if possible, your office—every day. Purchase a HEPA filter to eliminate mold, dust and other pollutants.
Some smaller steps you can take are turning off your computer monitor when you aren't using it, washing your hands regularly—yes Mom! — and cleaning your home to avoid mold or excess dust build up.
