Tired of always begging your mom to buy you that new dress or asking your dad for a ride to the movies? If only you had some money of your own. Try helping out around the house in exchange for favors. For example, every load of laundry washed and folded earns you a car ride. Or cleaning up the dinner dishes for a week buys you a new pair of earrings.
Helping out your parents around the house not only helps you get what you want, it shows you are responsible and will convince your parents to start trusting you more.
